Gabapentinoids
A class of chemical compounds that are derivatives of gamma-aminobutyric acid which block α2δ subunit-containing voltage-dependent calcium channels. While all gabapentinoids block the α2δ channels, they also have unique pharmacological characteristics such as enzyme inhibition.
